Foxtel Rolled Out On Tasmania Ferries

Acutec has delivered a Free-to-Air and Foxtel pay TV entertainment solution to the two Spirit of Tasmania roll-on roll-off ferries operating between Devenport, Tasmania and Melbourne, Victoria.

The solution provides Foxtel and VAST digital services to passengers and crew and integrates with the ship's safety and PA systems for passenger safety video broadcast and emergency announcements.

As well as engineering, programming and technical support, it is intended that Acutec will provide annual PM checks to the ships whilst in dry-dock in Sydney.
